I always take paracetamol as a pain killer as it is easy to take, has no side effects and works really well. I have used it for headaches, arthritis and post operative pain control.

Paracetamol is the drug I always use if I have aches and pains or symptoms of cold which prevent sleep. I find they help me feel well very quickly.
